BCM is a full service community association management company. The company was originally founded by Toni Truschel as The Taft Corporation, and then by Peggy Burke as Taft Management Company. The company was renamed Burke Community Management Group in November of 2013 in the memory and honor of Peggy Burke.

Specializing in HOA's (both townhome and single family homes), condominiums, and commercial properties. In addition to this we also offer accounting only services.

We strive to offer honest and professional service with a personal touch.

  • Attend Board of Directors meetings
  • Accounting (to include but not limited to)
  • Collection of assessments
  • Collection of water bills
  • Send delinquency notices
  • Making bank deposits
  • Paying all bills
  • Prepare monthly financial reports
  • Prepare proposed Annual Budget


  • Prepare monthly Board of Director packages (to include but not limited to)
  • Financial Reports
  • Agenda
  • Correspondence from association members
  • Action items which need the board's attention


  • Maintain all files to include owner's lot files
  • Filter and respond to all correspondence and phone calls
  • Supervise routine maintenance
  • Obtain competitive bids for items such as landscaping, snow removal, etc..
  • Monthly site visits
  • Monitor parking areas for illegal vehicles
  • Assist the architectural committee
