Community Information
Heritage Hunt Condominium I is a 55 and older, active- senior community located in Gainesville, VA. It consists of 2 three-story buildings with elevators and 37 luxury units. A 44-space parking garage with assigned spaces and a climate-controlled vestibule for the elevator is located under each building. The garage level also includes individual store rooms for the condo units. The buildings are mirror images of each other and are located on either side of Chelmsford Dr where it ends at a wooded area, adjacent to the 2nd hole of the golf course. The Heritage Hunt community opened in 1998 and has approximately 1863 homes. Condominium building A was built in 2004 and building B in 2002.
